Affiliate sites can rank well provided they work on quality content. Usually affiliate sites have a problem ranking well on Google because they don’t have unique content to offer . Since these sites do not provide additional value for web users, Google does not encourage affiliate sites.
Google likes sites with good content and an affiliate site can do well in Google search results affiliate website builder if it sticks to Google guidelines!

-When selecting an affiliate program, choose a product category appropriate for your intended audience.
