Hello to Everyone.
Want to know your opinions..
Can anyone tell me What should I do if I change my page titles in order to ensure search engines will index the new pages? will my rankings go down if new pages will indexed in search engine?
share your answers.

Well, your new title will decide your rankings. Usually, ranking fluctuates but will soon come to normal soon.
Make sure that each page on your site has a useful and descriptive page title.
Ping SE’s after changing your page title so that it gets indexed.

Page title modification can't help you in site/page indexing. It would be better if you update your site with some new content like you could add a new article/PR/blog. Otherwise use social bookmarking, feed submission, sitemap submission for better indexing. The best way to boost your indexing is regular fresh content updation on site.
Making changes in your title could affect your rankings.

Page title always the business, site name or targeted keywords with < 70 char

if you change your webpage title than Ranking and traffic will fluctuate but you must try to getting cached to that page quickly . after caching you will get your PR and Traffic Back.
