All great stuff, new to the forum and first thread I've looked at very interesting. Re latest post, if any business is considering future growth, they should also be considering mobile. Industry stats are showing that high street sales are down but eCommerce sales are going up, largely due to people browsing eCommerce websites in the evening on their phones or tablets. Any good eCommerce business plan (was going to use 'strategy' but really don't like the word :)) should either include making the desktop site compatible with mobiles through the design and build, or doing a seperate mCommerce site specifically for mobile users.

I am not offending the 'overselling people' but like peter phillips said you have to be real careful. I knew some host that was down because of their overselling bussiness.
