Search engine might consider those links to be reciprocal links. which are linked to each other, either directly or indirectly through a number of different pages.
In other words we can say that a reciprocal link is an agreement between two websites to providing a hyperlink within each other website. Reciprocal links can also help to increase traffic to your web site because most Internet search engines also take into account the number of web sites which contain links to your web site.

Thanks But I think that by this type, both parties do exchange their links for their mutual benefit. For example: Your client will give link to your website from their website. In return, you will also give link to their website from your website. This is one of the easiest ways, but I think that search engines give less importance to this type when compared to the one way link.

I have five years of experience in SEO. Reciprocal link the name itself says that it provides reciprocal link. suppose you have two sites like abc.com and xyz.com so first site will linked to second and second to first. It is really useful in SEO.

A reciprocal link is an agreement between two webmasters to provide a hyperlink within their own website to each other's web site. Generally this is done to provide readers with quick access to related sites, or to show a partnership between two sites. Reciprocal links can also help to increase traffic to your web site in two ways. First you will probably have some viewers visit your site from clicking the reciprocal link directly. Secondly, most Internet search engines also take into account the number of web sites which contain links to your web site; the more hyperlinks to your site found, the higher up in the search engine rankings (depending on the search term) you'll find your site.

Reciprocal links are fine until you break the Google guidelines. And, we should always do reciprocal links with similar or higher value websites not the lower ones.

A phenomenon of antagonistic muscles demonstrated during a concentric contraction such as that of the temporal muscle. Innervation of the antagonist, the external pterygoid muscle, is partially inhibited, so that freedom of action in flexing the temporomandibular joint is possible. This phenomenon demonstrates inhibition of antagonistic skeletal muscles in a reflex arc brought about automatically by a reduction of the motor discharges from the central nervous system. One of the two muscles in the reflex arc is activated, and the activity of the other is depressed.
