I know that On Site Optimization and Off Site Optimization, both are very important for any search engine.

But For Google which one is more Important?

Well both are important..On page and Off page..In off page try to create various back linking of your site and in On Page try to create unique content of your website...there is no comparison between On page and Off page optimization.you can never increase your website ranking by taking any one optimization.So stop searching that what is MORE important for Google.Both are important for Google

great sharing on on page and off page. i truly agree with you, off page seo activity is most important compare to on page activity, we can do only link building using off page activity, there is no more space for that in on page activity.
On page Optimization is 10% of SEO. But now a days Google give more and more priority for content. Content is King. But you also need to know more about Off page SEO. I mean Link building.
You need to build more and more dofollow backlink for your website. Google update your Page Rank by counting your dofollow links.

According to my believe Google is adapting a quality content algorithm. But of page kinks are also important. You will not require much back links though.
