Is there a way I can attach the program to the email.

I have a sign up page that i send out through email for a mailing list. i have a simple program that makes it easy for me to get peoples info who want to sign up for my list.now is there a way that i can attach the program to the email have it open by them clicking a link or something like that?

It's normal for a to show a preview of itself when you attach it to a Mail.app email message. If you prefer to see its icon, just right click it and choose view icon.
Otherwise, if viewing the preview doesn't bother you, go ahead and send it. It's attached just fine
