It is difficult to stop spam, but we can reduce it. When you post any reply to public forum, never use your personal email address. You will be flooded with spam. Use separate email address for this purpose and go through this email to check what is spam and what isn't.

I thing spamming is a not a good habit and if Google trace you then block your e-mail dress for those site and it's no good effect for your site.

Where you get the spam ? Different place of spam received do need different solution to solve it .
If in email , you can get kaspersky hosted email security to help you filter all your spam mail .

if you do post with different different mail id with same ip address its call spamming. and as we all know Google gives priority to fresh content so i think to stop spamming you sould give priority to quality not on quantity.
