Firstly you need to understand what is your need and requirement, if you are new and you straight to Dedicated server and I think it will waste resources. However, for hosting provider you may actually find more review before decide to go to them.

I've never had any problems with OVH, and I've heard good things about Hetzner too. If you want unmanaged, I'd go OVH.

Apps4Rent support is better but they take time to deliver server, it take days, while ovh deliver very fast. Both providers need id for first order.
