Link-Assistant’s Rank Tracker is probably your best option. Note that for full access to reporting features in this particular rank checking tool, you probably need to purchase Rank Tracker Enterprise version (since the Pro version doesn’t allow you to save reports and I am assuming you need this option for client reporting).

Other than that, Rank Tracker reports are fully customizable, the tool comes with the scheduler to automate your reporting needs a bit, full google analytics integration with a special traffic report template. Direct login to Google AdWords account to minimize Capthcas (though if you do extensive work with the tool on multiple projects you are better off just buying a proxy and import into the tool, sign up for their capcha breaking service, or both).

Other things to keep in mind: the software is not a onetime purchase – there are monthly search engine maintenance fees called LivePlan. Overall, the tool is great and its reporting (and exporting) features are truly top-notch.

Leaving some reference links to detailed reviews. If you like what you see and read, definitely check out the free version – it never expires and you dont have to enter any credit card info. In general, SEO book is a great source for SEO software recommendations and honest and blunt reviews. Do check it out, whether you shop for SEO PowerSuite or other SEO tools
