I have purchased helpdesk from Inverseflow.com a weeek ago.
So far iam very impressed with them.
Their sotfware is excellent and their cust support is also superb.
I will be recommending them to everyone i know and no, I dont work for them.
Iam just very very very impressed with their support and software.

Excellent to hear you enjoy their product, personally I am very pleased with the latest version 3 release of Kayako Support Suite, I couldn’t ask for anything more in a support product.

Keep us posted on how things work out with your helpdesk software in a couple of months etc :) nice to hear you have found a product you enjoy.
