BlogSpot.com- Can someone help me?

Hi dear,
I have designed a blog in blogspot.com. But in new features of blogger, how i can upload a template in my blog? I am trying to upload template from last 10 days, but not have found solution, If someone have done work on new blogger design and implementation, Please suggest me?

Go to blogger dashboard, there is a button of option with view blog on left side of it. Click it give you a pop down list, second last option in template. Open it, for default templates you can select gven templates and for new you can use edit html option.

Download that teplate which you want, you can download it from "btemplates" there are lot of free template themes you can choose according to you. And after that go to your blogger account,
-create new blog
-Go to that blog's design
-here is the option to browse downloaded file
-attach the xml

and its finish
Now edit you blog as per your requirement by adding or deleting gadgets.
