Hi. I have accounts with a number of good host. But one host went from good to really bad. I'm still building the sites but it's really annoying to have to click refresh 3 to 5 times just to load my sites.

The location is India... what Indian hosts can you suggest me to look at?
Thinking to try Webwerks.in. Do you think that it will be good place to host my web sites?
How stable are their Cloud VPS?
