Keyword Ranking is Down

hi friends

one of my website's ranking is good. But today i saw all the keywords in Google, all of my keyword ranking is more down. so what is reason of all the keywords ranking down. please tell me.

I have also same problem in feb 2012 updates. From last 2 days, i can see few of my keywords, which were ranking in top 5 position, suddendly they are out of 100 ranks. I checks few updates regarding this, but still not find any satisfactory answer for this.

Probable factors include,
-You lost your grip on your on page or off page factors
-You have made some changes (in content, title, description) in your website
-You have violated Google guidelines (duplicate content, keyword stuffing, buying links etc...)
-Your competitors are working hard

I think one of the reason could be that you're very dependent on link building approach. You should make use of social media and start updating your website with fresh and relevant content.
