I recently Change my title and Description. And After 2-3 Days My Ranking Goes down. Please Tell me How Much title and Description Matter in Onpage Optimization.
Please help me out.

If you want to create seo friendly Meta tag than follow search engine guideline. major search engine has define some criteria about search engine creation so follow this criteria. like google consider that Ideally your title should contain between 10 and 70 characters and your meta description should contain between 70 and 160 characters.

If your page is crawled and you change any thing, then it is considered as copy and your page rank effects..

Before you change your web site title and description, you should keep new title and description including those key phrase based on which you build the back links.
Don't change the title and description, if you have optimized then and also ready did the link building on those key phrase.

Title & Description is most important in Onpage optimization even in whole SEO. You Should first keyword proper keyword research and create Meta on Basis of your keyword research and on your page content. Also make sure that it is not copies from other's website.
