I have got 5 blog posts from the PR3+ blog review sites. I want good mechanism which I can do to get visible these back-links in Google. I am not talking of getting them indexed. for example when I search " Link : mysite.com" I should be able see those back-links

Please advice how to do this effectively. I need proper mechanism for this so that I can work slowly and with good quality to achieve this

Well, Google seems to show only the latest links on the list. If you want to see a visible number of backlinks, make sure you keep on adding a huge number of considerable backlinks to your site. And for that, here are effective link building strategies:
-Writing great content that attracts links automatically
-Guest posting on dofollow niche related blogs
-Submit RSS feed to feed directories
-Create link baits
-Submit your website to social bookmarking sites

Make sure you make links organically and not through shady techniques (link exchange, automated submissions etc...) since Google wants to see NATURAL (and not created) backlinks.
