Hi. I have accounts with a number of good host. But one host went from good to really bad. I'm still building the sites but it's really annoying to have to click refresh 3 to 5 times just to load my sites.

The location is USA... what USA hosts can you suggest me to look at?

I don't want to pay more than $8 a month for these features and I'm looking to buy as early as now.

Did you check out Exabytes.COM as we have one of the Data Center located at Denver,US.

They also allow integrated email communication with their support tickets which is a time saver. they help me out alot and they are always there to support me when i need it.

Callisto,
Do your research before choosing another web host. You do not want to go through the same problem your going through now. Just remember to keep in mind a few things. How long have they been around? Are they actively a part of web hosting communities, for accountability purposes. If they have not been around for a while, how do you feel about their customer service, their response time to an inquiry. Its a bad thing to lose all of your data and have to start from scratch, so dont get bitten twice. Take your time, do your research.

You need to search a proper web host. A network host can give you the required services and applications. Internet hosts have several IP addresses.

This is infact a very abstract material. I don't think there's any host in this world that doesn't have downtime.

You need to find out the offers and then choose them wisely. The hosting is important and so it is better if you take a trial plan for a month and test how it works for you. The support from useful features must be good.

How many websites will this be to host? If you have several sites along with this one under development, you would qualify at a reseller rate.

If you’re running or planning to set up mission-critical sites (such as an ecommerce site), one of key issues that you need to consider (aside from security) when looking for a web host is uptime (or downtime).
Relevance of it- this could translate to lost revenues, and in this highly competitive world, it could very well mean your business’ survival.
