I have lost ranking in google don’t know why?

lost all my rankings, page 1 and 2s, last week.

Now don’t know what to do?

Some time it happens for temporary period of time. There is no need to worry about it. In many cases if doesn't return back to it's actual position. in that case you have to do proper link building.

Use fresh content avoid duplicate and stop working for some time because it can be happened due to spamming.

Have you updated your site? There's a chance that other sites might have taken advantage of the freshness factor which involves regularly updating your site's content. Not only do search engines love fresh content, but your readers as well. They'll think that you're really enthusiastic and active in discussions and content creation.
