Yahoo and Aol

Heard from some sources that there have been some rumors going around that yahoo and aol is going to merge soon. Is it really true, anyone knows about it clear explain it here. I feel that it would have been a greater merger than yahoo with microsoft which would have made the competition between google, yahoo, and microsoft dampened! when it comes to getting indexed in Yahoo it takes a very long time and is very slow. It is like this also when it comes to this that I only submitted the content on yahoo, still it takes time to complete the indexing.
