What kind of operating systems can you install?
We could install CentOS, Fedora 3-5, openSUSE, and Gentoo, Ubuntu 6.06- Debian 3.1- Minimal, and Mandriva 2006-Minimal.
Do you offer Discounts if I paid Yearly?
Sure :) Feel free to pm or email us at sales@veggiehost.com, we could work out a custom plan for you that will suit both your needs and your budget :)
Are IRC hostings allowed?
No, we do not allow any IRC servers. Other than that, you can install any software you wish on your VPS.
Do you offer any control panels?
Yes, we do offer Direct Admin and Cpanel License.
The license cost for cpanel is $16/month. Note: Cpanel will only be available for VPS plans with at least 256mb of Dedicated RAM. 384mb-512mb is recommended.
Direct Admin license costs $7/month.
How long does it take for the VPS to be set up?
We will set up your VPS within 24-36 hours after you signup. Please note that if you choose to pay by cheque, or other payment methods that requires confirmation, the process will take longer.
Are additional IP Addresses available? How much are they?
Yes, you can purchase as many IP addresses as you need. For the first 3 IPs, it'll be $2 each. Any additional ones you order will be $1 each.
Can I upgrade to another VPS plan later?
Sure, You could upgrade your package through our Modernbill Billing system at anytime No downtime will occur as we can change the settings while maintain uptime
How often do you take a backup for the VPS?
We took weekly backups on all of our VPSes. If you need to retrieve it, feel free to submit a ticket.
Are Adult Contents allowed?
Yes, as long as the content is legal in U.S. and Canada.
