How Flash is not helpful in SEO?

I heard that flash is not helpful in SEO and to get good page rank as well as SERP, but i don't know how? if you have answer of this question please share your knowledge with me.

The common belief is that because search engines don't index the content within a Flash website properly, the technology doesn't mix with SEO.

Because it is very hard for google algorithms to read flash therefore flash sites are not search engine friendly and don't have importance according to google search engine therefore ever webmaster should avoid it.

Search engine crawler can't read flash, plus flash cause slow loading of your website and that's what most of search engines don't like.

Flash websites has artistic animation and movies and search engine spiders unable to search that animations directly.

Flash website is not fully helpful for SEO because it is graphics environment and content in flash will not optimize by search engine. Flash can provide you the best look of your website and also provide more design scope but SEO people will avoid building a website totally in Flash.
