I don't want to sound cheap but I am just really curious if there are any free dedicated server like what we have for the shared ones.
It would have been nice if there are offers like that right?
If you do know one though, I think everyone will be interested to see it.

Its not possible. No hosting provider will purchase the server hardware and provide it for free.

Like the others have said, I am guessing you won't be able to get a server box for free. However, depending on what you're looking for you, for example, if you're looking for a game server, you could contact GSP's and see if they'll sponsor you.
If you look around you can find dedicated servers for some really decent prices, though.

A dedicated server is expensive and I don't think any hosting provider will offer it for free. Talking of the free shared or the free hosting providers, it is always recommended to opt for a paid hosting rather than a free host. The reason is because, sometimes there are certain stipulations with the free host like to advertize their company on your website or other obligations. If you opt for a paid host, you get value for your money and security.

Right. It is not possible that someone just spare money for dedicated server and will provide you it free of charge. It's better to look for host offering you 30 day Money back guarantee.

Definitely no to free hosting.
Consider the following reasons,
Low quality:
Free web hosting services typically have lower quality coding that could run the risk of hurting your own online reputation. If your website is prone to crashes and bugs, visitors might avoid your site altogether. This is another reason to have a premium service so that you can own your site.
No support or standby:
Free web hosting services don’t have the best quality of customer service. They won’t offer you any online troubleshooting help or support because they don’t charge you anything for it.
Lack of professionalism:
If you are going for free web hosting means, there will be no professionalism in it.
These are some of the key factors to consider, when going for free web hosting. Still many factors are there. So keep these things in mind when choosing free web hosting.
