its might be they have little client compare to all of the big boys.... immagine in the same times there is 1 - 50client on the chat and 100+ client on helpdesk thn the feedback of yours will be difference. Please think outside of the boxes, finding a hosting in India doesn't meant the host must be from India but finding host that are able fulfill your needs.
