Could you post a screen shot of disk management?

Do you have system restore enabled for C: drive and if so, how much space is allocated? Also, do you have hibernate enabled?

Have you contacted system service provider?

I suggest Set the bios to optimized defaults, set the dram voltage, timings and frequency at whatever the sticks are. Storage controllers should be set to whatever they were on install. If not contact service provider.
