Google Insights is one of the best uses for keyword selection, in this we can find the keywords whether it has more exposure in the region we are targeting. Additionally after choosing the keyword with the help of Google Insights, we need to check those keywords in Google Adwords and Google Trends for confirmation.

Google Insights give you idea, from which region particular keyword is getting high search. This way you can find out the targeted region for your service and can work to generate more targeted visitors.

yeah its a great service provided by google, its helpful for small business owners who are targeting niche market. Its really doing great for local SEO.
