Best Link Checking Tool

Hi,

Firs of all this looks like a great forum for information and advice.

I have recently been checking information on websites ie: links, keywords etc using the firefox info addon, this relied on the yahoo explorer feature which has now been removed so it's not working now.

So my next question what is the best linking checking tool paid or free?

Does anybody use the wordtracker tool?
