Google search results are different as location wise behind that may reason, because it depends on web master targeted goal areas like someone set it globally and someone set it locally. As per location wise affects local business competition for google search results and all location wise completions are not same that’s reason to different google search results as location wise.

The order of search results on Google's search-results pages is based, in part, on a priority rank called a "PageRank". Google Search provides many options for customized search, using Boolean operators such as: exclusion ("-xx"), alternatives ("xx OR yy"), and wildcard.
