Google+ authorship feature is available for bloggers only, it means only bloggers can attach their Google+ profile with their blog and it would show in Google if somebody search for their blog. This feature actually ensure that you find the real blog owner profile and even you can then build interaction with him/her.

Two simple steps:

1. Create a Google+ Profile
* Remember to upload a high quality headshot and fill out some profile information such as hometown, etc.
2. Go to plus.google.com/authorship, sign up with your email and click on the verification link we send you.
