Just a follow-up to a previous post...

As a reseller, I hosted with IntegraHost in Dec 05, paying for a year's worth of hosting in advance (big mistake!). The owner at that time was Kyle Springer.

Due to a number of technical and support issues, I chose to cancel my hosting with them on Mar 06 with a pro-rated refund as promised when I first signed up with them.

Here it is Dec 06 and I have yet to see one cent from these crooks. I was lied to time and time again until they chose to completely ignore my phone calls and emails. I even offered to accept a lower amount than what I was due just so I could get on with life but that gesture fell on deaf ears as well.

Now IntegraHost is under new ownership (Robert Williamson) and they refuse to accept any responsibility or offer any assistance as well. As far as I'm concerned, that makes them just as guilty so I will continue to warn others on as many forums as I can find.

Bottom line... avoid IntegraHost and either of these guys like the plaque!

Yes, the shift of ownership had cause many problems with existing integrathost customers. I hope you get your data back as soon as possible.

This is unfortunate, and I do hope you get your refund back and find a decent provider. Good luck to you.

His data is ok, he's waiting for refund.

They should have refunded you, without delay. I don't know what fees does this company charge, but next time you are choosing a host, don't choose the cheapest no-name, but go for something more reliable.

I have been hosting with integrahost.com for months, as well as 2 of my clients. Their sites, along with mine, and integrahost.com have been down for almost a week now. Should I just switch hosts? I already prepaid for a year. I'm getting screwed! WHAT DO I DO?
