If you want a permanent return, you should use a "broad search ", if you just want a short-term interests, you can use the" exact search ", that is my understanding, but I have been using ' broad search" to get the keywords

I try to explain in short. Correct me if i wrong.

Broad search means - Get result from any word between keyword of 2 or more words. For example, keyword is "CCNA Voice Training Bangalore" then show result for CCNA, CCNA Voice also CCNA Voice Bangalore etc.
