Google. They are fully user friendly. What we think is in their webpage without go to anywhere. Their help pages are also very good. I like most of the Google products.
but it really depends on the application. I'm sure Google is better in some things and Yahoo is better at other things. Both have features the other doesn't (Yahoo answers, for example, and usenet feeds from Google groups). I think it's great that we have both. Use both, see which you like better.

hello friend, both search engines comes with their respective quality and search results
Google search depends upon the backlinks, meta and content. Yahoo is same but depend more on meta keyowrds.
I usually use http://www.google69.com in place of google for searching in Google without ads.
