Thanks henrycw, for sharing the useful information, i totally agree with you, In negative seo, people use black hat tactics to rank high in the serp, and they usually achieve their target in short time, but after few weeks google updates it's algo and sends panda or penguin type updates to erase such low quality websites which were coming on 1st page, so in my opinion black hat seo works, but it has major drawbacks, your site can be invisible from first pages any time, if google bot notice that you are building low quality links quite rapidly... So don't over do seo, let the things happen in the natural way, it is all what google wants....
