Are you referring to india host? I did not see any of his message is quoted with India based hosting provider, as per mention you can around $40 - $80 for the hosting that you are requesting but its might depend on the subscription and addon as well.

Do remember to check the big boy for unlimited hosting because alot of host is unable to fulfill the support side although they manage to offer the same features and price.
