I agree with your views. Over optimization causes the penalization of site rankings in SERP. Google panda update is mainly for content. Content should be unique. Do not use excessive keyword.

According to my opinion Google panda update drop in rankings for the sites which contain high amounts of advertising. It penalize the over optimized sites. The update is mostly focuses on the quality of content.

It is mainly for the SPAMMERS who raise quickly by using the black hat seo tactics in their websites. To avoid Google has implemented the Google panda algorithm to those spammers. It is nothing but saying good bye to low quality content.

The site which is ranking for the low quality content or copied content, it will not be rank anymore unless you update your site with fresh and unique content. So stop practicing pasting of 3rd party site content and add in your website. This wont work here after.

Publishing content just for the heck of traffic is not a good idea. This is the main reason why Google made the update – because a lot of sites take a lot of content just for them to attract more visitors from the search engines to go to their site and give some impressions and clicks to the ads.

They don’t really care about the quality of the content as much as the traffic they are getting from it. We have to always keep in mind that people want real, useful, quality content – and Google is just trying its best to deliver us that which we desire. Yes , i saw this news yesterday from webpronews but it seem doesnt bring any effect to my Pagerank and even SERP .
