I am working on a three year old website. This website was penalized in Google for duplicate content. But now its duplicate content has been removed and fresh content has been added to it. But still it is not getting any rank in Google. I have checked on online sandbox checker tools and these shows that website is still in sandbox. Is it possible ? If yes then what should I do now to take it out from Google sandbox.

After you removed the duplicate content in your site, just send request to google using the Google Webmaster tool account. There is a option called "site re consideration" in GWT. Post your comment over there, you will get message that your request is submitted for re-consideration. After that you can rank your site if your site is much quality.

If you have penalized then you should be do mail for webmaster for editing spamming links.
