Do you offer a backup service?
No, you are responsible for backing up your own VPS.
I want full root access, do you provide this?
Yes, we provide full root access on all VPS Hosting services. You can use your favorite ssh client such as PuTTy or right from the Rebootcontrol panel.
I want to use mailing lists, is there email limits?
We take proper action against spammers, if you are caught sending unsolicited emails, you will be terminated.
