Hi,

Many say that regarding support, it is not a good to outsource.

How about hiring someone for support?

its sometimes nice to have a company you can rely on when you get to busy or to help with incidents.

Unfortunately its difficult to get reliable outsourcing - so you should not rely on them 100% unless you have an SLA in place (not cheap).

There are lots of threads about server management companies on webhostingtalk, you might want to read it and see what companies are recommended.

But outsourcing will be tension-free for the hosting provider as they look after all the works regarding the maintenance of servers ect. Also there will not be any need for hiring the employees and giving them the salary and other things. So it will be have benefits if the support is outsourced.

There are quite a few. However, the question is do you really want to outsource your company to a third party that might not know as much about the hosting as you do?

Without reviewing or analyzing about the company, no one could not get into the deal for outsourcing. Without doing that, its sure that we will get into trouble both technically and economically.

Outsourcing support to a third party can be a boon or a curse depending on the company you choose to outsource to. So it is very important that you do a proper research on companies before selecting one or go with one that has good reviews or testimonials.
Outsourcing has it's own benefits and most important benefits are cost savings and freedom to concentrate on your important business activities.

Well i will say , not all the five fingures are same, So if one company does not deliever Quality support then it's not necessary that the other company would do the same. Please check out for the right ones, you can ask for free trial offer to be sure that you hand over your support to the company who have a good rapo in the market and check their support with a trail account to be sure about thier work :)

Outsourcing and web hosting never really went hand in hand. I would look into it a bit further before making that decision. There is a fine line between having things run fair with outsourcing, and having it ruin alot of potential business. Alot of negative outsourcing companies out there are ruining it for the good ones. I know that our company wouldn't run that risk.

If looking for a community to outsource in, I suggest Philippines. Because, Filipino's are persevering people. They have strong work ethics and morale values, its even included in the school curriculum's. English there is almost their 1st language, and adopted the same education system as the U.S. If you were to outsource your business, I suggest finding workers in the Philippines.

An excellent group pertaining to SEO is called agentsofvalue.com
