Which way do you start?

We build the website from scratch and then tie in the CMS. I know of "professional" companies who use Word press, buy a template, and they claim they are a pro. Which way do you do your development?

If you want to develop a website yourself you can do it with the help of various CMS applications such as Weebly and Wordpress. If you want to develop a customized or responsive website design then hire a professional web designer and developer or company to build a creative website design as they have the necessary talent and experience with regard to website development.
