I have a dedicated server that I am looking to rent out at $200/month. It will come with either Windows Server 2003 or Linux (your choice). It is a Pentium D (dual core) 2.8GHz with 2GB of ECC RAM, dual 250GB SATA RAID drives and the transfer limit is 1000GB/month. I will personally be in touch with you through my personal email address regarding IP addresses of which 13 static IPs are included at no extra charge.
This would be ideal for gaming, hosting a corporate site, or running multiple web servers on one system.
