Do you know any game server providers in Spain?

Or, at least dedicated server sellers, would you recommend any good ones
to evaluate their service?

I'd recommend you to use santrex.net services.
They have provided their dedis (https://www.santrex.net/dedicated-servers.php)in various locations and prices are not high. Servers work with no issues.
