Looking For Fully Managed Server

I am looking for a fully managed server for my hosting company.
Cpanel included.
By fully managed I mean the server poeple to look after all aspects from cpanel support to security and all other server related issues.
I intend getting in less than $130 (as I already have some in this cost).

Yes surely you have what you have mentioned interestinf options. What I have not been able tp figure out is that which of the server are fullymanged and which ones are unmanaged. We are interested in linux cpanel.

The costs are nice, however, The site does not have any thing related to "fully managed". Also sign up process does have set up fee of arounf $39 or so?
