What is the best and easiest webdesign software?

I need to make a business website for a company. i'm using dreamweaver but it is kind of difficult to understand how to do frames and make frame sheets (i think i said that right). anyone know of an easier and the best webdesign software that i could use?

As per my experience, Adobe Dreamweaver is the best web designing software. It is easy to learn. And if you have any problem then you can learn from online video tutorials on YouTube.

There are different versions, suites, etc., Also with web design software is there a place to link to you domain name (name-servers setting?)) It allows you to upload to the server at a glance and even work directly on the server version if you wish.

And when i say web designer, if you have Photoshop that will help you to design your website more interactive with images, buttons, logos more and more... any way when you learn this two software's and HTML then you can start designing nice websites and logos, flyer other...

Adobe Dreamweaver is the best webdesign software. But if you find difficulty in using it then you can either use Notepad++ or Aptana Studio. These software are also good but not good as Dreamweaver.
