I would feel more secure if I contact the site that I want to remove my link from and request that link to be removed. I heard that you need to explain why you want the link to be removed when you use this tool, and also it may take several weeks for your site to be reindexed. It sounds like you need to prepare for your site to lose the ranking.

I think we shouldn't use this tool as we don't know which link should be allowed or disallowed, it is better if you wait for some time more.

I would suggest you to use as such tools.As per my exprience in SEO,sometimes these tool have negetive impact on your website.So i must suggest you to ignore it.
