Default cPanel Domain Access Logs generate each file for each domain at

»/usr/local/apache/domlogs/domain.com

But when it comes to some investigations, its bit hard to find access logs as there are thousands files, is there way to find cPanel access logs for entire server as a single file

Sample scenario is,

I found shell script pase.pl uploaded by attacker to the server. When check the access_log of the particular account, it does not have information about the method it get uploaded to the server. I'm trying to trace that out how above file uploaded to the server.

This is done sometimes by Brute force or sql injections.

Please change all your passwords as well as ask your hosting company to upgrade their SSL.
