If you are too bothered about spam comments, it is best to turn off the comments in your web hosting.

If you have a wordpress web hosting, you can simply go to settings- comments and turn off the comments.

SPAM is a very serious trouble for many. You can use Captcha to prevent spam comments on your site. For mails you can use SpamAssassin to filter spam mails.

There are two sides to preventing spam:
