I have paid my hosting company for 36 month but now i am thinking that, i will close my website and sell my current hosting is there any legal way to do this?

Why do you want to shut down your website? what type of hosting have you currently got?

Most hosting providers will allow this, usually you will have access to a client portal that would allow updates to the account owner information.

just find good person and talk with them if he agree to buy hosting then talk with ur hosting company to transfer copy-rite to that person , that's it

Just post your ad on different forums you can find the customer and sell them and you can also need to contact with your host and aware him about your decision.
