How to add reviews in Google business listing for my site?

Recently i added one of my client site under Google business listing. It gets approved. I asked few of my friends to post reviews on my business listing. But the reviews are not showing under my listing.

May i know why it is not appears in my listing. Or else, when will Google approve reviews for my site.?
