I know that aspnix.com is considered as windows specialized web host and has good reputation.
Their uptime is great and servers are fast - this means that your sites will be running efficiently.
They also offer nice specials from time to time.

What is the offer you are getting from both of these? And what are your requirements?

I think Windows and Linux come with their own share of pros and cons, but let us first start with clearing out a big misconception about Linux platform. Many believe that one needs to run UNIX on the system to offer web hosting services on Linux platform, which is absolutely wrong. In fact, there is no such constraint whatsoever; the choice of operating system has nothing to do with the hosting platform.

I believe that Azure is way too costly for any starters in hosting industry. If you are running a medium to big class enterprise, you can consider Azure as your alternative solution. Well, frankly speaking, you will have to spend at least $60.00/month for a website with 1 SQL and low bandwidth usage. Truly, if you are just a starter, $60.00/month is way too costly compare to any windows shared host.

You can consider Azure if :

1. You want more control over the server/resource
2. You do not want to share the server usage with others
3. You site attracts higher number of traffics every month

If you do not have the conditions mentioned above, a windows shared host for about $10.00 will do just perfectly fine for you. For your case, you can always consider a windows reseller hosting option or if you know how to manage a dedicated server, you can consider a cloud service. A typical cloud server will cost about $60.00/month with more bandwidth that you can get with Azure.

IMHO, aspnix.com windows hosting (https://aspnix.com/web-hosting/windows-hosting/) solutions look to be the best here.
According to reviews, its stability, reliability and reputation go outside the bounds in every aspect of the question.
I can call it all-inclusive hosting provider.

Don't believe any commercial web host that advertises "unlimited bandwidth". The host has to pay for the bandwidth, and if you consume a lot of it, they will not silently bear your costs.

I think you need to compare their offers with offers of other providers, and pay particular attention to customer service, availability and expertise of the same!
