Mcprohosting, they are really cheap, tbh I've never tried it, but when I saw the prices, they were reasonable. The guys from Mindcrack used this for the Public Mind-a-crack-a server (Zisteau style!) they hosted 1,000 people around the world, but due to lag it has been cut down to 400 and it has been full ever since it has started. Sadly the server had to be put down, because the host didn't fulfill the expectations for the server and it lasted for 12 days.
