Are all reviews of customers trustworthy?

It would be difficult to judge. Usually a customer does say what he actually feels and not otherwise.

You can't trust all customer reviews but if there's a good number of reviews then they tend to give a good overview. Just remember, people have a tendency to exaggerate.

Depend on you how you trust on that company while i'm not only looking on customer review, I will search more review on forum , blog , and even some review or compare site and look in to the company client base and years experience in the business line.
Review can be fake for most of new startup business because it hard to get review from small database.
You need to do more survey before purchase and not only from review.

No doubt, there is fakery out there. The question is: how widespread is it?

Most reviews have to be taken with a grain of salt, positive or negative. You have to go for the big picture.

Before making the final purchase, you should do vigorous market search. You will not be able to gather enough information by just from few reviews.

May be sometime some reviews are not real, so don't believe on particular review, go for majority.

No, I don't think so that each and every review of customer is trustworthy. But it depends how we take their words and think on it.

Are all reviews of customers trustworthy?
No.

Customers tend to post reviews when things go wrong or not as they expected, it doesn't always mean the host is at fault. On the filp side, people are skeptical of good reviews yet the advice often given to somebody looking for a host is to read reviews.

In my opinion customer review is not always tryst worthy but sometime some customer express their feelings and opinions through their review. So provider should be take it seriously but should not believe on particular review of customer and I think its very difficult to judge either customer feelings is real or not.

In my opinion “Reviews of Customer” is very difficult to judge as in real very few customers actually take time to write about it. You can’t trust them all. If your service is good than no one care to write and if it has some issue than they make it point to write about it.

A client survey is an audit of an item or administration made by a client who has bought the item or administration. Client surveys are a manifestation of client reaction on electronic business and web shopping destinations. There are additionally committed audit destinations, some of which utilize client audits and also or rather than proficient surveys. The surveys might themselves be reviewed for advantage or exactness by different clients.

1. Set Up Profiles on Multiple Review Sites

Consider all the sites that are relevant to your business: Yelp, Angie’s List, Google Local, Yahoo Local, LinkedIn, TripAdvisor, and CitySearch. Even if you don’t think you are in a review-driven industry like restaurants and hospitality, general review sites like TrustLink and Trustpilot are great (Trustpilot has the added benefit of showing up on Google).

2. Ask Your Customers

Want to know the best way to increase the number of reviews for your business? Just ask. Your customers understand how important reviews are to your business, and as long as you provide an excellent product or service, they won’t be annoyed if you ask for a review. Don’t wait too long: customers are more likely to give you feedback right away.

The next time a customer compliments you via email, phone, or in person, mention that you’d appreciate if they left the same feedback in an online review on Trustpilot, Yelp, or the review site of their choice.
