Hi,
I signed up a shared hosting account a week ago. Then sent out a few emails and some of which got rejected. Some emails mentioned that the server IP was blacklisted by UCEProtect at both level one and two. I looked at UCEProtect policy, you either have to pay 50 euros to get manually delisted or wait for 7 days. It sure sounds like a scam to me. Can anyone explain how it works and what my web host company can/should do in this situation?
Thanks!
